As a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in diagnosing mental health conditions and tailoring medication plans to meet your individual needs. I treat multiple psychological issues, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD and other trauma disorders, psychosis, insomnia, ADHD, other mood disorders, and more.

I understand that deciding to start or continue psychiatric medication is a deeply personal choice. I utilize a collaborative and respectful approach--working closely with you to explain treatment options, monitor how medications are working, and adjust them as needed to minimize side effects and optimize outcomes. I also take time to understand your story, validate your experiences, and help you make informed choices about your care.

Psychiatric Evaluation

Your first visit at PATH is more than just an appointment — it’s a conversation designed to understand who you are and what youv’ve been through. We take about 60 minutes to explore your story, inccluiding your history, curent struggles, and what you hope to achieve in treatment. Whether you are new to care, seeking clarity about a diagnosis, or looking for a second opinion, this evaluation provides a space where you voice is heard. Together, we will identify the concerns affecting your life and begin shaping a personalized plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and goals for healing.

  • Coordination with other providers as needed

  • Lab tests if indicated

  • Sessions typically last 15–60 minutes

Note: Full psychotherapy is not offered at this time, but referrals can be made if needed. May be added in the future.

Other Integrative options:

When clinically appropriate, I utilize nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, lifestyle, and mind-body interventions that are supported by research and safe when utilized with other treatments.

Genesite Testing:

I offer Genesite testing to support more personalized and effective psychiatric medication management. This simple genetic test helps identify how your body may respond to certain psychiatric medications and provides insight that can help guide medication decisions based on a patient's unique genetic makeup, including their metabolism and receptor sensitivity.

It can be a helpful tool in optimizing a psychiatric treatment -- especially when patients have had limited success with standard medications or experienced problematic side effects.
